YsdnSdv™ is owned and operated by Shenzhen Name Young Technology Co., Ltd.

These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through ysdnsdv.com. By submitting an order, you acknowledge that your purchase is subject to these Terms together with the other policies made available on the website.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, specifications, dimensions, materials, included components, availability, and pricing accurately.

Product appearance or color may differ slightly because of lighting, display settings, or normal manufacturing variation. We may correct genuine errors or update product information where necessary.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not prevent reasonable verification of payment, inventory, delivery information, fraud risk, or legal restrictions.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary because of payment failure, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, material pricing or information errors, unauthorized resale activity, or applicable legal restrictions.

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, an appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days. For U.S. deliveries, standard transit is generally estimated at 5–12 business days after dispatch.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Customers must contact us before returning merchandise to obtain authorization, instructions, and the correct return warehouse address.

Cancellation requests should be submitted within 12 hours after purchase. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipment preparation has begun.

7. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers may contain eligibility requirements, product exclusions, minimum purchase requirements, expiration dates, or other clearly communicated conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions may not be exchanged for cash or applied retroactively to completed orders.
